What are nicotine pouches?
Nicotine pouches are small, pre-packaged pouches that contain nicotine and other plant-based ingredients, making them 100% tobacco-free. They are designed to be placed under the upper lip, where the nicotine is absorbed through the gum tissue. You don’t even need to suck or chew the pouches. Nicotine pouches come in a variety of flavours, strengths and sizes.
How are they different from smoking and vaping?

How do I open the pot?
Run your nail, or even the pot lid, around the side label to break the perforation. Once broken, you can open the pot by squeezing the sides gently with your thumb and forefinger.
How do I use TOPIA?
Pop under your lip: Pop one of the soft, white nicotine pouches into your mouth, between the top (or bottom) lip and gums. Position the pouch to the side of your lip for a more comfortable fit.
Tingling sensation: You’ll feel a tingling sensation in your mouth. This usually lasts around 15 minutes.
Enjoy: Enjoy a fresh nicotine experience that lasts up to an hour. Use it anytime, anywhere.
Dispose responsibly: When you’re done with your nicotine pouch, dispose of it in the general waste or store in the top lid of the pot until you can do so. The container is widely recycled.

How long do nicotine pouches last?
You can enjoy nicotine pouches for up to 60 minutes, but you may want to keep them in for a shorter period of time, especially if you are new to the product. Use for a minimum of 5-10 minutes for maximum enjoyment.
Pouches can cause a mild tingling sensation even for experienced customers, so for new users we recommend you only leave the pouch in for the minimum amount of time and choose a pouch with lower nicotine content.
